Hi, I'm Jennifer. Generally geared towards beginning and intermediate runners, these run challenges are a unique way I can help you achieve your goals. This does not need to be race-specific; maybe it's to simply get you on your feet running.

Have you tried using some training plan you found on the Internet, yet you still cannot seem to reach your goal, unable to stay motivated, or don't know where to start? Yeah, I've been there. In response, I developed an easy to follow, flexible running program.
