My approach to nutrition is one of eating right and taking supplements.
The use of supplements is often a source of debate. The way I see it...if your body does not need it, don't take anything. That said, you will find that you do not get enough of the necessary vitamin and minerals in your everyday diet. There are supplements you can also take that have benefits beyond your normal multi-vitamins.
