Participating in a run challenge can get you healthy with a lighter approach by keeping you motivated and accountable with other like-minded runners. This is a great way to share experiences throughout the challenge while having fun and ‘running’ towards those goals.

Participants find my challenges to be interactive with a personable approach. I want my participants to find the most value by giving me daily feedback and is why my challenges not only provide you a training plan geared towards your challenge but will also give you access to a private accountability group. You will receive guidance from myself, a running coach with over 20 years of experience, lots of tips and topics to help you be the best runner possible!
